Day 7 | How to create a delightful morning routine

 

If you create a consistent morning routine, not only will you naturally become healthier, but your productivity throughout the day will also improve. And if you make your morning routine something to look forward to, waking up in the morning will feel exciting even as you fall asleep the night before.

In my case, I eat an apple and an egg every morning. This simple breakfast is more enjoyable to me than any expensive or fancy lunch or dinner. I also write in my journal every morning about the previous day. This quiet time of reflection enriches my mind with new insights.

Additionally, I use an analog calendar that requires me to flip the date and day every morning. I have one in the living room and another in my bedroom, and this small ritual helps me appreciate each day more fully.
